Funeral Mass: Friday, February 2nd at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Snow RC Church, 175 Blue Point Avenue, Blue Point.

Private cremation to follow.

Michaël B. Kaziewicz, 70, of Bayport, LI, died on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Michaël was born and raised in France, and came to the US at the age of 25. Michaël was a longtime chef and restaurateur. In 1975 he married his wife Jasia, and in 1977 they opened Le Soir Restaurant in Bayport.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Kaziewicz is survived by his two daughters, Paule Anne and Julia, his son-in-law Jeff, his grandson William Michaël, his mother Annette, his sister Annie, his sister-in-law Mary, and his brother-in-law Ted.
