DONNER, Joseph C., 83, of Bay Shore, LI, died on May 4, 2018. 42 year employee at Con Edison. Beloved husband of Cecelia “Rusty.” Loving father of Elise (Stephen) Smith and Joseph J. (Virginia). Cherished brother and uncle.
