Joan M. Kennedy

Joan M. Kennedy, 93, of Sayville, LI, died on July 29, 2019.  Ms. Kennedy graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy and from the College of Mt. St. Vincent’s in Riverdale, New York.  She worked for many years as a nurse and anesthetist at the Nassau County Medical Center.  Joan was also very active locally and volunteered with St. Lawrence RC Church, Friends of Sayville Public Library, Sayville Village Improvement Society and Hospice Care Network.

Friends and relatives will gather Saturday, August 3rd, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.  A Funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Lawrence RC Church in Sayville and interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
