Elaine Josephine Hill

Hill, Elaine, age 83 of Bayport NY (via Baldwin and Brooklyn) passed peacefully on July 7 , 2018.  Beloved wife of the late John.  Loving mother of Mary Pat (Ken), John (Connie), Eileen (Steve), Kevin (Laurie), Neil, Jacqui (Dave).  Cherished grandmother of Kevin (Katlyn), Luke, Eric, Sarah, Olivia, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Anna, Michael (Camy), Stephen, Johnny, Kevin, and Delia.  Adored great grandmother of Oliver and Reilly.  World renowned and life long reader and learner.  Sharer of wisdom and knowledge, especially politics with her grandkids.   Never seen without at least five books.  But also very silly and funny.  Graduated college a week after her 4th child graduated college.  Became a real estate broker after raising her six children and opened her own business.  Reposing at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home, 683 Montauk Highway Bayport, NY 11705 on Monday July, 9th, 2018 from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 p.m.  Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Snow RC Church 175 Blue Point Avenue, Blue Point, NY on Tuesday July 10, 2018 at 9:45 a.m.  Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY.
