Funeral Service:  8 p.m. Thursday, December 27th at the funeral home.

Catherine Sama Augulis, 81, of Sayville, LI, died on Friday, December 21, 2018.  Raised in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Catherine lived in Brooklyn most of her life.  In 2006, she moved out to Sayville and was a member of the Sayville Over 60 group.

Mrs. Augulis is survived by her husband Richard, her three children, Richard and his wife Linda of Staten Island, Diana Wilken of Missouri and Paul and his wife Milynn of Sayville, her six grandchildren, Jennifer, Justina, Katelyn, Joshua, Matthew and Emily, her great grandchildren, as well as her two siblings, Vincent Sama and Carmela Ayers.
