PALMER, Astra I., 59, of Bayport, LI, died suddenly on October 31, 2017.  Loving mother of Gregory and Ausma.  Beloved wife of Kevin.    Cherished daughter of Indulis and the late Ausma Kuskis.  Dear sister of Mark and Rob Kuskis and the late Rita Apt.  Friends and relatives will gather Saturday, 2-4:30 & 7-9 p.m. at Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home, 683 Montauk Hwy, Bayport, where a service will be held at 3:30 p.m.
