Visiting Hours:  Monday, November 12th, 3-7 p.m. at our Bayport funeral home, 683 Montauk Hwy, Bayport.

Funeral service and interment will be private.

Ann J. Eden, 77, a resident of Sayville, LI since 1974, died on Friday, November 9, 2018.  Raised in Cortland, Ann earned her Bachelors Degree at SUNY Cortland and later her Masters Degree at Hofstra University.  She worked for many years in the Connetquot School District and retired in 1996 as a district-wide Special Education Consultant.  Mrs. Eden was also an active member and former vice president of BAFFA, Bay Area Friends of the Fine Arts.

Mrs. Eden is survived by her husband, John, her two sons, Douglas Bryan Eden and his wife Kristin of Sayville and Scott Bishop Eden and his wife Tamara of Virginia, six grandchildren, Emily, Brian, Megan, Sophie, Lochlan and Jess, as well as her sister, Barbara McManus of Yorktown Heights.  She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Kate, in 2010.
