Visitation - Tuesday August 16th, 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 at Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home 245 Montauk Hwy. West Sayville, NY.

Funeral Mass - 9:45 a.m. Wednesday August 17th at St. John Nepomucene RC Church, Bohemia, NY.

Interment - Pinelawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) 26 Broadway Ave. 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004 would be appreciated.
