Claire M. (Fitzgerald) Becht

Claire M. Becht (nee Fitzgerald) July 5, 1932 - July 7, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Jack, her true love. Claire's life and legacy will be lovingly and laughingly remember-ed and celebrated by her daughters Ellen (Gary) Benfield and Ginnie (Rich) Moore; her cousins Regina and Eileen Ford; her life-long friends Madeline Melaniff and Cathy Geiger, as well as her beloved in-home caregiver Peggy Sanders. Claire also leaves behind two sons. Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, July 23, from 11-1pm at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home, 245 Montauk Hwy., West Sayville, New York 11796.
